Our guests are able to choose from a varied selection of food and wine classes that range from baking to tasting fine local wines.

Bakery course

Corso di panificazione in agriturismo monteriggioni toscana Embracing the traditions of the past we will discover the secrets of dough making known in Italian as Arte Bianca.
During the course you will be shown the techniques of making dough, from the type of yeast to the cuts and shapes of the bread and the bread baking.
At the end, each participant will be able to take home the bread they’ve made in the class.
The course has a duration of 2 hours and included in the price is a welcome aperitif

Fresh pasta making course

Eggs, water and flour: three simple ingredients symbolising Italian cuisine and with which we can obtain culinary masterpieces.
We will take the aspiring chefs through the pasta making process demonstrating techniques that ultimately produce the perfect pasta dough.
We talk about condiments and we will tell you about different types of sauces that go well with the different types of pasta created in the class.
Cost: 45€/person

Cooking class: from appetiser to dessert with our chef

Our chef Roberto will take you on this experience where all the senses will be involved: you can take part in the creation of a complete menu that you will taste served from the comfort of your table.
