Included in the minimum overnight stay of at least two nights, is an abundant buffet breakfast offering a selection of both sweet and savoury food. We offer our guests homemade cakes, local mixed cold meat cuts, muesli, cornflakes, yoghurt, honey, various jams, toast, eggs, fruit juices, cheese, coffee, cappuccino tea, etc. (hot drinks all made by us using our bar espresso machine, there are no vending machines).

Poggiarello is the perfect place to recharge your batteries: a small but very welcoming farmhouse, immersed deep in the countryside close to Monteriggioni, an ancient mediaeval town famous for its walls that made Dante think of a crown.

We are in a very quiet location, but there are many walks you can go on to discover the surroundings and at the same time re-energise your body with easy hikes. For those guests who really want to avoid driving for a couple of days, dining at our authentic restaurant is the perfect answer.

For those who find it relaxing discovering new places: not far away is Siena, a city with a fascinating and unique history. For classical music lovers, a concert at the Accademia Chigiana is a must, classic Italian music at its best, set in an ancient noble palace.
