What says "Tuscany" more than a rare Florentine steak and a glass of red wine? Our kitchen is actually much more varied than that, with several traditional dishes including vegetarian options. However, visitors to Tuscany often love to enjoy at least one dinner featuring the most famous cut of meat in our culinary tradition. Poggiarello has a restaurant where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes, also available in gluten-free versions.
